Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DrunkDrivingLaws.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Web Real Estate LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site Provides Legal Information, Not Legal Advice
The Site provides general information about DUI and DWI laws, penalties, license suspension rules and court processes by state and county. This information is for general educational purposes only.
- It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation.
- DUI and DWI laws change, and how they apply depends on the facts of each case. Information on the Site may be incomplete, out of date or not apply to you.
- Deadlines after a DUI or DWI arrest can be very short, in some states only days. Do not rely on the Site to calculate or protect your deadlines. Contact a licensed attorney or the appropriate agency promptly.
- Statutes, agency rules and court procedures referenced on the Site should be confirmed with official government and court sources.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
We are not a law firm, and no one at Web Real Estate LLC is acting as your attorney. Using the Site, reading its content, sending a contact form, or calling or emailing an attorney listed on the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any attorney. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and an attorney agree to it directly.
Where a page notes that its content was reviewed by an attorney, that review was for general accuracy only. It does not mean that attorney represents you or has reviewed your situation.
3. Attorney Advertising and Sponsored Listings
Some county pages feature a sponsoring attorney or law firm (a "Sponsor"). Sponsored listings are paid advertisements and are labeled as sponsored.
- We are not a lawyer referral service. We do not screen, evaluate, recommend or refer any person to any attorney, and we do not share in any legal fees.
- A Sponsor's listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of the Sponsor's qualifications, experience or results. Sponsors pay a flat advertising fee that does not depend on calls, clients or case outcomes.
- Each Sponsor is responsible for the content of its listing and for complying with the lawyer advertising rules that apply to it.
- Choosing an attorney is an important decision. You are responsible for deciding whether to contact or hire any attorney. You can confirm an attorney's license and disciplinary history with the state bar where the attorney practices.
- Past results do not guarantee similar outcomes.
4. Contact Forms
On sponsored county pages, you can use a contact form to send a message directly to the Sponsor named on that page.
- Your message goes to that Sponsor only. We do not review it or send it to anyone else.
- Sending a message does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the Sponsor is not required to respond or to take your case.
- Information you send before an attorney agrees to represent you may not be confidential or protected by attorney-client privilege. Share only what is needed for the Sponsor to contact you.
- You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the form only to contact the Sponsor about your own legal matter or that of someone you are authorized to act for.
5. Lawyer Referral Services and Other Websites
Some pages link to lawyer referral services run by state or local bar associations, to government and court websites, and to Sponsor websites. These websites are run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices. A link is provided for your convenience and is not an endorsement.
6. Attorney Sponsors
Attorneys and law firms that sponsor county pages do so under a separate written sponsorship agreement with Web Real Estate LLC. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the sponsorship agreement controls for that Sponsor.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, spam or automated form submissions
- Submit information about another person without their permission
- Copy, scrape, crawl or harvest the Site's content or data using automated means, except for search engines indexing the Site under its robots.txt rules
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or its database
- Attempt to falsify or inflate page view, click or form submission counts
- Use the Site to harass, threaten or harm anyone
We may block access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, data compilations, and the DrunkDrivingLaws.com name and logo, are owned by Web Real Estate LLC or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. Sponsor names, logos and photos belong to their owners and are used with permission.
You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or create works based on the Site's content without our written permission. Statutes and other government materials cited on the Site are not owned by us.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTACT FORM MESSAGE WILL BE DELIVERED OR ANSWERED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEB REAL ESTATE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF RIGHTS, DEADLINES, LICENSE PRIVILEGES, PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, ANY SPONSOR OR ANY OTHER ATTORNEY, OR ANY LINKED WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Web Real Estate LLC and its owners, members, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site, except that Sponsors are also governed by their sponsorship agreements.
