Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

DrunkDrivingLaws.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Web Real Estate LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Web Real Estate LLC1930 Village Center Circle, Suite 3-200Las Vegas, NV 89134Email: admin@webrealestate.comPhone: 480-900-5000

The Site provides general information about DUI and DWI laws by state and county. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not a lawyer referral service.

2. Information You Give Us

Contact forms on sponsored county pages

Some county pages feature a sponsoring attorney or law firm (a "Sponsor"). On those pages, you can use a contact form to send a message directly to that Sponsor. The form asks for:

  • Your full name, phone number and email address (required)
  • The county (filled in automatically from the page you are on)
  • The date of your arrest (optional)
  • A brief description of your situation (optional)

When you submit this form, your information is delivered by email directly to the Sponsor named on the page, through our form delivery provider (see Section 5). We do not store your name, phone number, email address, arrest date or message in our own database. We only record that a form was submitted, along with the state, the county and the Sponsor it was sent to, and the date and time.

You must check a box agreeing to send your information to the Sponsor before the form can be submitted.

Attorney sponsorship inquiries

Attorneys and law firms can contact us about sponsoring county pages. If you use our attorney inquiry form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, firm name, email address, phone number, state, and the city, county or market you are interested in. We use this information to respond to you and to discuss sponsorship.

Emails and calls

If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

Page view counts

When you visit a county page, your browser sends us a simple record that the page was viewed. That record contains only the state, the county, and the date and time. It does not include your name, IP address, browser details or any other information that identifies you.

To avoid counting the same visit twice, your browser temporarily remembers which county pages you have already viewed in that browser tab. This uses your browser's session storage, not a cookie, and it is erased automatically when you close the tab.

Phone and website link clicks

On sponsored county pages, when you click or tap a Sponsor's phone number or website link, your browser sends us a simple record of the click. That record contains only the state, the county, the Sponsor, and the date and time. It does not include your name, IP address, browser details or any other information that identifies you. Your call or the Sponsor's website opens normally whether or not the record is sent.

Site analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by our hosting company, to understand how the Site is used overall. It shows us aggregate information such as which pages are visited, which websites referred visitors, general device type, and country. It does not use cookies, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, the companies that host the Site and its database may automatically process technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and request times in their server logs to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or cookies that track you across other websites. We do not use cookies to follow you around the internet or to build a profile of you.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Deliver your contact form message to the Sponsor you chose
  • Respond to sponsorship inquiries, emails and calls
  • Count page views, phone clicks, website clicks and form submissions so we can understand how the Site is used and provide activity reports to Sponsors
  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site
  • Prevent spam, fraud and abuse
  • Comply with the law

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

5. How We Share Information

With the Sponsor you contact

When you submit a contact form, your information goes directly to the Sponsor named on that page. Once the Sponsor receives your message, the Sponsor's use of your information is governed by the Sponsor's own policies and professional obligations, not by this Privacy Policy. We do not screen, review or forward your message to anyone else.

With Sponsors, as totals only

We give each Sponsor monthly reports showing activity on their sponsored county pages, such as the number of page views, phone clicks, website clicks and form submissions, and general traffic information. These reports contain counts and dates only. They do not identify individual visitors.

With service providers

We use a small number of companies to run the Site:

  • Vercel (website hosting and Vercel Web Analytics)
  • Supabase (the database that stores the page view, click and form submission counts described above)
  • Web3Forms (delivers contact form messages by email)

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Their handling of information is also covered by their own privacy policies.

For legal reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that the law, a court order or other legal process requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.

If our business changes

If we sell, merge or transfer all or part of our business or the Site, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Important Note About Sensitive Information

Information about an arrest or criminal charge is sensitive. Submitting a contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send before an attorney agrees to represent you may not be protected by attorney-client privilege. Please share only what is needed for the Sponsor to contact you. You can discuss the details of your situation directly with the attorney.

7. How Long We Keep Information

  • Contact form messages: we do not store the contents. The Sponsor keeps the email you sent according to its own practices. Our form delivery provider may keep a copy for a limited time as part of its service.
  • Page view, click and form submission counts: we keep these records, which do not identify you, for as long as they are useful for reporting and improving the Site.
  • Sponsorship inquiries, emails and calls: we keep these for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage our business relationship, and as required by law.

8. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and database rules that allow visitors to add count records but not to read, change or delete them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

  • You do not have to submit any form to use the Site.
  • You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at admin@webrealestate.com. Because we do not store contact form contents, requests about a message you sent to a Sponsor should go to that Sponsor directly.
  • Depending on where you live, including California, Nevada and other states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
  • Nevada residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law.
  • Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we do not track you across other websites, so these browser signals do not change how the Site works.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to Other Websites

The Site links to other websites, including Sponsor websites, state bar lawyer referral services, and government and court websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their policies before giving them information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
